Our customer service department is staffed from 10 AM–7 PM daily. We reply to all customer service requests within 48 hours.
You will receive a receipt sent to your email. When your order dispatches, a delivery date is determined and we will send you a tracking number.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number for the shipment. Use the given tracking number in the Track Your Order page.
Once an order has been completed, we can only deliver the item to the shipping address that was originally provided.
Your order will be packaged, dispatched and shipped to you within 48 hours.
Shipping times varies according to your exact location, but on average it's 3-5 business days. Sometimes delays might occur due to various reasons out of our control like postage strikes, transit issues, etc..

If we are unable to locate the package, we will open a claim to investigate the matter. Please allow 3-5 days for a claim to be completed.
